Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code, 47 P.S.§1-102, the Scott Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing regarding the request by Scott Super Beverages, LLC to transfer Liquor License D-666 from Blakely, Pennsylvania, to premises located at 997 Lakeland Drive, Scott Township, Pennsylvania.  The hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the Joe Terry Civic Center, 1038 Montdale Road, Scott Township, PA 18447, immediately prior to the Supervisors regular monthly meeting.  The Supervisors may consider a resolution authorizing the transfer at its regular public meeting.
